Mindfully-Resilient is a simple concept based upon 30 years if clinical experience and along the journey meeting many fabulous people who have learnt to cope with and grow beyond their psychological needs.
Resilience is a misunderstood concept and one might consider it unhelpful but sometimes having a safe space to consider what it means for you, can be healing in itself.
Mindfully-Resilient therapist: Bryan Dalgleish-Warburton works with clients to establish their goals and then collaboratively, working together developing a model of recovery, sustained through practical life enhancing skills.
Bryan is a senior lecturer at the University of Lancashire and is course lead for the Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy Course, The Psychological Wellbeing Course, and the Mental Health Wellbeing Course.
