A personal approach to individual and group psychological therapies

Welcome to Mindfully-Resilient

If you are new to this Website, then warm welcome.

Therapist: Bryan Love

Mindfully-Resilient is a simple concept based upon 30 years of clinical experience and along the journey meeting many fabulous people who have experienced different psychological and emotional needs, learning new skills to enable them to thrive and grow.

Resilience is a misunderstood concept and one might consider it unhelpful when it is applied directly to use by another, but sometimes having a safe space to consider what it means for you, can be healing in itself.

I work with clients to establish their goals and then collaboratively, work with you in developing a model of recovery and thriving, sustained through practical life enhancing skills.

I am also  a senior lecturer and course director at the University of Lancashire and  course lead for the Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy Course, The Psychological Wellbeing Course, and the Mental Health Wellbeing Course. I also work with the BABCP (professional body for CBT).

I am trained and accredited in CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, Compassionate Mind, and Forest Therapy. He is also experienced in Schema Therapy and Brief Psychodynamic Therapy as well as group therapy.
