How much does therapy cost? 

Bryan charges £70 per 50 minute session (this is for clients that contact Bryan directly)

Occupational Health referrals can also be made and these are charged at a higher rate and is negotiated between the referrer and therapist.

How long does therapy last? 

This does depend upon your reason for seeing a therapist but on average if you are attending therapy shorter term therapy can last between 8 to 20 sessions. Sometimes clients have complex histories and may have experienced CBT or other therapies that have not worked for them and in these cases longer term therapy may be required. Schema therapy can last between 12 and 18 months. Bryan has seen people for shorter term therapy and a majority of cases are within this time scale. He has also worked with longer term clients in both private and NHS settings. 

Is the therapist qualified and accreditated? 

Bryan is a registered professional and therapist and has worked in mental health settings as a psychotherapist for over 20 years. He has worked in mental health in the NHS for over 30 years. He is accreditated and registered to provide psychotherapy.
